We are proud to celebrate the success of the Mayfield School Health and Wellbeing Centre, which has been recognised at the RIBA South East Awards 2026!

Designed by Adam Richards Architects, the project has been honoured not only with a Regional Award, but also named Building of the Year—a remarkable achievement that reflects its design excellence and lasting impact.

Conceived as a calm, restorative environment, the centre brings together medical care, counselling, and learning spaces, placing student wellbeing at the heart of the learning experience. The judges praised it as an 'exemplar project' and 'an oasis of serenity in a complex world', with MGAC providing cost management expertise.

Progress is continuing on the football and rugby 3G pitches at Emmanuel Schools Foundation Trinity Academy in Thorne, South Yorkshire. The project progressed rapdily, leading to the approval of a Football Foundation grant totalling £390,492. Not only does it modernise the current facility, but it also enhances accessibility. These improvements are expected to significantly strengthen what the school can provide for both students and the wider community.

Double the celebration! Two MGAC projects have been named RIBA London Award winners: the new Junior School at Notting Hill and Ealing High School, and the dining, library and sixth form centre at Godolphin and Latymer School.

Both projects showcase thoughtful, sustainable design that enhances learning, improves circulation and makes the most of every space – inside and out.

Some of our team took to Birmingham's canalside on a recent volunteering day, in partnership with Canal & River Trust. The group managed to clear the towpaths along a section of Farmers Flight Canal, removing debris to benefit local wildlife and walkers. The day was a great success and again proved the importance of our commitment to philanthropic efforts to support the communities in which we live and work.
