Dear Friends, as we enter a new year, I want to wish you and your family good health, renewed hope, and success in 2026. This year is especially significant as our nation approaches its 250th anniversary. It serves as a strong reminder that our self-government was never meant to be controlled by career politicians. Thomas Jefferson and our Founding Fathers never envisioned people holding elected office for 50 or 60 years. Protecting our nation depends on informed citizens who stay involved and hold every elected leader accountable.

As Republicans, we begin this year with a clear view of the challenges ahead of us and a firm belief that a better path is within reach.

Across much of the country, families are being asked to pay more while receiving less. Higher taxes, rising tolls, and increased energy costs continue to strain household budgets, while meaningful reforms supported by President Trump remain out of reach. Expanding budgets and repeated tax increases may keep some large blue-city governments operating, but they do not solve our problems as a nation or inspire confidence in our nation’s future.
Too often, elected officials place their own political comfort ahead of the needs of our working families. Opportunities for tax relief and economic growth are ignored, making it harder for businesses to invest and for families to move forward.

Equally troubling are the ethical failures that continue to erode public trust at every level of government. Investigations across the country have uncovered serious misuse of pandemic relief funds by public employees, money meant to help small businesses survive. These findings confirm what many Americans already believe: corruption is widespread, accountability is uneven, and trust in our government is fading fast.

As we reflect on 250 years of our country’s independence, we are reminded that our system works only when our citizens demand better, better leadership, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, and real results for families and communities, not just sound bites for a news channel.

Republicans believe we can do better, and we must do better. We stand for responsible budgets, honest government, and policies that reward work, innovation, and personal responsibility. America should be a place where families can afford to live, businesses can thrive, and trust is earned, and never just assumed.

In the year ahead, it is critical that we elect true conservative Republicans at every level of government so that we maintain control of our states and our House and Senate majorities. Doing so ensures leadership remains accountable to the people and not in the hands of entrenched Democratic political establishments.

In closing, I wish you all a very Happy New Year. I look forward to working alongside many of you in the months ahead as we help President Trump maintain our Republican majorities in Congress and improve the daily lives of American families.

May God continue to bless you, your family, and our 250-year-old nation, the United States of America.

Tonight was an incredible night for South Mississippi’s conservative voices! It was an absolutely awesome night for Carl Boyanton’s campaign for Congress too! Carl shared his true conservative values and his commitment to those South Mississippi values. Carl also shared the lack of conservative positions on important issues that the incumbent, Mike Ezell, has displayed in his first year in office! Team Carl is working hard for a real conservative victory in 48 more days on March 12th in the Republican primary for the U.S. House of Representatives. We have lots of folks joining Team Carl every single day! Carl’s conservative message is getting out and the excitement is growing! If you aren’t already a member of Team Carl please go to Carl4Congress now and sign up! We need your vote and your support to bring Mike Ezell back home. We need your help to replace the establishment Mike Ezell with a true conservative that will always fight for our South Mississippi values! Vote Carl Boyanton to be our true conservative voice in Washington, D.C.!

Attention conservatives! The call to action is clear – it's time for Joe Biden to go, and the "JOE GOTTA GO TOUR" is hitting the Diamondhead Country Club this Wednesday, January 24th, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. This nationwide tour aims to spread the message that a change in the White House is crucial, emphasizing concerns about fiscal responsibility, border security, and the need for change.

The rallying cry is to make sure Donald Trump reclaims the White House from Joe Biden. The tour highlights the importance of electing conservatives who align with Trump's values. The focus is on fiscal responsibility, securing borders, and supporting Trump's agenda. The call goes out for true conservatives to support Carl Boyanton to the House of Representatives, positioning him as a conservative ally to Trump in Congress.

The message is clear: Trump needs support in Congress, and electing Carl Boyanton is seen as a way to help Trump "drain the swamp." Boyanton will stand alongside conservative forces like the Freedom Caucus, advocating against runaway spending and fighting against liberal Democrat policies.

This Wednesday is an opportunity to demonstrate dedication to the "JOE MUST GO" cause, to show support for President Donald Trump, and meet Carl Boyanton, a man who will be Trump’s ally in Congress. It's a chance for conservatives to unite and make their voices heard in the pursuit of much needed change in Washington, D.C.. See you all this coming Wednesday!

“I think DeSantis’ results in Iowa made it clear that he really can't argue for a stronger position just because he lost to Donald Trump by 30 points. DeSantis might claim his campaign punched his ticket to get him out of Iowa by coming in a distant 2nd place. However, what he isn’t telling people is that ticket is more like a Greyhound bus ticket headed back to his home state of Florida. In simpler terms, DeSantis’ campaign is heading nowhere. He is out of money and there isn’t any new money coming in because he simply can’t show donors a real pathway to victory for him. Ron is done. The writing is written clearly on the wall. He needs to face the facts today and stop prolonging the inevitable.”

The national debt is the greatest threat our country faces — and we are rapidly approaching the crisis point. Interest payments on the debt totaled $659 billion in the last fiscal year, making it the fourth largest expenditure in the budget. In the next few years, interest payments are on pace to exceed both defense and non-defense discretionary spending, which includes education, transportation and more. And if we continue at this rate of fiscal imbalance, in the not so distant future, interest payments will be our single largest expenditure.

There is growing appetite on both sides of the aisle to address our national debt. It is time for Congress to put the interests of the country ahead of political expediency and get us on sound fisc…

WHERE DOES THE RACE STAND AFTER IOWA

Iowa showed Trump's political strength, winning decisively. DeSantis spent big for second place but faces challenges ahead. Haley has a chance in New Hampshire, but DeSantis is struggling post-Iowa. Money is crucial, and DeSantis is grappling with fundraising issues because he can’t show his contributors a clear pathway for him to secure the nomination. Haley must win New Hampshire to stay relevant in the race. If she doesn’t win New Hampshire and her home state of South Carolina, she is out.

Trump seems on track for the nomination, but legal challenges pose many uncertainties. A Trump win in Iowa may not guarantee GOP success in the general election; Independents are wary of Trump’s many legal distractions. It's a celebration for Trump Republicans today, but the road ahead is definitely uncertain. Stay safe and engaged for us to keep America strong together.
