This , we're celebrating the power of collaboration to create meaningful opportunities for small and underrepresented businesses in construction!

AGC of California and the AGC Construction Education Foundation, in partnership with the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce and six leading general contractors, have launched the Prime Pipeline Alliance (PPA).

This innovative, eight-month mentorship program connects 12 emerging subcontractors with Clark Construction Group, HENSEL PHELPS, PCL Construction, Skanska USA, Turner Construction Company and Webcor through a shared mentorship model designed to build business capacity, strengthen industry relationships and provide access to real-time bidding and contracting opportunities.

By bringing industry leaders together around a shared commitment to small business success, PPA is helping turn access into opportunity and opportunity into long-term growth.
