Congratulations to the Historic Hopewell Foundation for receiving recognition from the Virginia General Assembly for their Lunch and Learn lecture series. The program, originally established 1995 as the James River Lecture Series, was formally recognized with House Resolution No. 365, under the patronage of Delegate Lindsey Dougherty (D-75).
