Great morning with a full room for our Vision to Action workshop today.

A group of business owners and leaders who were willing to step back, share what’s really going on, and work through it together. A lot of honest conversation about what feels stuck and what it takes to move forward.

Bill Oelrich led a great discussion, and yes… showed up in his duck sweatshirt. 🦆

Because from the outside, most businesses look calm and steady. Under the surface, there’s a lot of moving parts, decisions, and pressure that people don’t see.

That’s why mornings like this matter. Space to think. Space to compare notes. Space to get unstuck.

Appreciate everyone who showed up and contributed. Those thumbs up at the end said a lot. 👍
