Depending on the time of year you visit you might have to dodge a forklift, get an opportunity to sample from the fermenter, could catch Todd washing barrels or topping them, perhaps even bottling, labeling or even get the chance to wax a bottle or two.

🚚 56 cases per pallet
⚖️ 3 lbs per bottle
🍾 300 bottles per barrel

That’s a lot of wine moving around the winery—AND somebody has to drive the forklift. 😉
