SCAFFSURE VACANCY
Our Vredenburg Branch has a vacancy available from 3rd of March 2025 for a
BRANCH MANAGER AND ADMIN
3 Months temporary contract with option of extension based on performance.
We specialize in supplying of scaffolding equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
• A Code 8, Driver’s License
• Clean record
• Sober and Functional Habits
• Healthy and Strong
• Must reside in Vredenburg Area
• Must be able to work overtime
• Own transport
Skills:
• Good people skills
• Telephone etiquette
• Strong management skills
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Responsibilities:
• Has to manage responsibilities in such manner to minimize losses and maximize profits
• Day-to-Day running of the branch
• Handling taken and returns of stock and follow the process
• Handling applications of new customers and make sure all supporting documents are in order
• Admin and Filing
• Deal with supplier quotations and placing orders
• Report faulty equipment
• Make sure equipment and depot is clean, neat and orderly
• Marketing of our products and visitations of customers
• Stock take
