From Non-Compliant to Site Ready

One of our valued customers came to us requiring replacement of the underbody pressure vessels on their Kenworth tyre handler due to compliance requirements.

Our team developed a complete solution, carrying out the work from fabrication through to certification:

🛠️ Fabricated custom stainless-steel mounts to securely position the new receivers under the body and neatly out of sight
🔩 Installed new airlines and hose reels
⚙️ Installed and certified the new pressure receivers
✅ Certified the pressure relief valves
📋 Completed the necessary compliance checks

The result is a clean, practical installation that maintains the functionality and appearance of the tyre handler while bringing the compressed air system into compliance for site operations.

Most importantly, our customer is happy with the finished product and is now compliant and ready for site.

The Importance of Regular Compressor Servicing

A customer contacted us after experiencing overheating issues with their air compressor.

During our inspection, we found a heavily blocked air filter — a perfect example of why regular servicing and major maintenance are so important.
