Great news for nurses and aged care employees! ‍🏥

Important pay increases are coming into effect starting from the first full pay period on or after October 1, 2025 💸

These updates are the result of the recent Aged Care and Nurses Work Value Cases, introducing revised classifications and staged increases under several awards.

Key points to note:
✅ Most nurses and aged care employees will see a pay increase from October 2025.
✅ A further increase for nurses is scheduled for August 1, 2026.
✅ Some employees may have already received their full adjustments.
