We wanted September always to be more than a florist🌸. A place for community amongst the world of flowers.

Our team has been busy bringing to life September 2.0. As the florist has grown into its new workshop next door, we have created September market in the old. A space to drop in have a coffee amongst our little world of flowers. We will be opening its doors this weekend and would love to see you.

We will have everything from to and treats from some of our favourite friends.

To say hey we will be giving away free coffee and matcha all weekend long. So pop down say g’day and check out our new space! 🌸🌸🌸

My dad dropped off a few summer palm pods he’d cut back, thought they had a good shape.

He was right.

Let the structure lead.
Let the flowers interrupt it.
Soft against sharp. Ephemeral against dry.
A moment of new growth pushing through what was meant to be the end.

These palm pods are the kinds of things you usually see on the side of the road, a tell tale that Sydney summer is coming to an end, part of the clean-up, easy to overlook.

Felt worth giving them another moment.
