We totally agree with this statement with one small adjustment and that is; great wines are made in certain vineyards as there is little doubt in our mind that the biggest determining factor on grape quality is where the grapevines are planted.

The silly season is nearly here, and while we’ll be taking a short pause to celebrate with our families, there are still plenty of sunny days ahead to join us on the hill for a long lunch, a relaxed tasting, or a glass (or two!) with friends 🎅🥂

Our Christmas & New Year opening dates are:

Closed: Tuesday 23 December to Friday 26 December (Boxing Day)
Open: Saturday 27 December to Wednesday 31 December
Closed: Thursday 1 January (New Year’s Day)
Open: Friday 2 January to Monday 5 January

If you’re entertaining out-of-town guests, getting out of the house, or simply looking for an excuse to slow down between celebrations, we’d love to welcome you in. Pull up a chair, join us in the wine bar for a tasting or settle in for lunch and let us do the hosting.

Lucky for them, our Tandoori Prawns have landed on the menu and hit the spot today. 🙊🤗 we recommend pairing the prawns with our Pinot Gris for a little snack combo you’ll find hard to forget.
