Donations can be dropped into Chances House during opening hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 7am-1pm or Thursday's 7am-1030am at 2 Endeavour Street.

☕️ 2 CHANGEOVERS. 2 HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

Last week was a busy one for the team with two coffee machine changeovers completed for our customers! 🔧☕

From removing the old equipment to getting the new machines installed and callibrated correctly, our team handles the whole process from start to finish.

Behind every great business is a great team. ☕❤️

Coffee Service Packaging wouldn't be what it is without the people who show up every day and genuinely care.

Andrew is the guy who keeps cafés and businesses running. With years of experience as a technician, he's the one solving problems, fixing machines and making sure our customers never have to go without their coffee equipment.

Then there's Mel... the heart of our team. She somehow remembers everyone's orders, keeps our stock under control, organises deliveries and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. (Honestly, I don't know how she keeps it all in her head!)

And then there's me – the boss lady. 💁‍♀️ I'm usually behind the scenes looking after the pays, preparing quotes, answering emails and keeping the paperwork under control. But my favourite part of the job is building genuine relationships with our customers, getting to know their businesses and finding ways we can help them succeed.

We're a small local team, but we pour our hearts into what we do every single day.

Thank you to everyone who's been part of our journey. We can't wait to keep growing together. ❤️☕

"Why doesn't Coffee Service Packaging roast its own coffee?"

Could we invest in a coffee roaster? Absolutely.

Could we roast our own coffee one day? It's certainly a possibility.

But producing exceptional coffee takes far more than owning the equipment.

It takes years of experience, a deep understanding of coffee origins, processing methods, roast development, quality control and sensory evaluation. It requires significant investment in specialised equipment, ongoing training, and an unwavering commitment to consistency.

After recently spending time at Evolve North, listening to Daniel Shadbolt, a certified Q Grader, explain the science behind coffee tasting, flavour profiling and quality assessment, it reinforced just how much knowledge, skill and dedication goes into producing truly exceptional coffee. It's a craft that takes years to master.

Rather than rushing into roasting ourselves, we've made the conscious decision to partner with people who have already mastered it.

By working alongside experienced specialty coffee roasters, we're able to offer our customers coffee that's been crafted by passionate professionals who dedicate their lives to perfecting every roast.

That means we can focus on what we do best, helping cafés and businesses succeed through premium coffee, expert technical support, equipment servicing, barista training, packaging solutions and genuine care.

Will we roast our own coffee in the future? Maybe.

But if that day comes, it will only be because we're confident we can produce coffee that meets the same high standards our customers have come to expect. Until then, we'd rather work with experts than compromise on quality.
