Tell me your frustrations, because that is often where the solution starts.
When I am working with clients, I am always listening.
Not just to what they are saying, but to how they are saying it.
The frustration in their voice.
The repeated comments.
The little things they have simply accepted as part of running the business.
One client recently said to me:
โAndroulla, it takes me two hours to do this.โ
My immediate thought was:
How do we reduce that time?
When we looked at the process, the answer was not for them to work faster.
It was to stop doing so much of it manually.
By using technology to take over part of the task, we reduced the amount of hands on work required and freed up their time to focus on other areas of the business that genuinely needed their attention.
The relief was immediate.
And this is exactly why I pay attention to frustrations.
Because when a business owner says:
โThis takes me forever.โ
โI have to do this every week.โ
โI am constantly chasing this.โ
โI keep double handling things.โ
โI just do not have enough time.โ
I do not just hear a complaint.
I hear an opportunity to improve the way the business operates.
Sometimes the solution is technology.
Sometimes it is a clearer process.
Sometimes it is better delegation.
Sometimes it is simply questioning why something is being done that way in the first place.
So here is a question for you:
What is one thing in your business that frustrates you every single week?
That frustration could be pointing you directly towards the next improvement your business needs.
Tell me your frustration, and I will help you look for the solution.
Send me a message and tell me what is taking too much of your time.
