Last week we wrapped up the CALM → SAFE → EXCELLENCE Workshop, and we wanted to share what we learned.
When we asked the leaders at the start: "How confident are you leading when things get really stressful?" – most said they were neutral. By the end of the day, they had a tool that actually works: breathe work.
Here's the thing – it's not just about feeling calm. It's about making better decisions when everything feels urgent.
One leader told us: "The more calm you are with yourself and everyday pressure, the more equipped you will be for a high-pressure event."
We're calling it the CALM → SAFE → EXCELLENCE framework:
CALM = Self-regulation under pressure
SAFE = Creating a culture where people speak up
EXCELLENCE = Crisis decision-making that works
The best part? 100% of the leaders said they'd recommend this to their teams. And 80% are already using the tools and techniques.
