👏 Legend alert 👏

Last Friday and Saturday, one of our team members, James Kirkham, spent his time in Ballarat volunteering with the Victoria-based Salvation Army Emergency Services, supporting the mobile catering unit deployed to the Bannockburn staging ground during the Mount Mercer fires.

As part of the response effort, he helped prepare and distribute 800 meals to CFA strike teams—providing vital support to those working tirelessly on the front line.

We couldn’t be prouder to have someone like this on our team. It speaks volumes about his character and our shared values of service, community, and stepping up when it matters most.

To the CFA, emergency services, volunteers, and everyone impacted—thank you for everything you do. And to our very own legend, James: outstanding work. 👏🔥

Last Friday, some of the team got together to celebrate a massive year—and to start buzzing about all the exciting things coming our way in 2026!

As always, having (almost) everyone together was an absolute highlight. We truly have an incredible group of people. The energy, the laughs, the support, the culture… it all comes from this team showing up for each other every single day.

Getting together like this just reminds us how lucky we are, and to those that couldn't make it - we missed you and will catch up soon!

WHY MFA IS A MUST HAVE – NOT JUST A NICE TO HAVE!

That extra step might feel annoying — but it could save your job (and your company)! The same goes for your personal banking and other apps!

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a critical layer of security by requiring something you know (like a password) and something you have (like your phone or an authenticator app).

Why it matters:

- Blocks over 99% of automated attacks

- Protects against stolen passwords

SOCIAL ENGINEERING........sometimes the biggest vulnerability isn’t your tech — it’s your trust.

When we think of cyber threats, we picture hackers breaking into networks or exploiting software flaws. But more often, the real target isn’t the system — it’s you, the weakest link!

Social engineering is when attackers manipulate people into giving up sensitive information, access, or even money. No code required.

These scams are getting more convincing:

- A fake email from your “CEO” asking for an urgent wire transfer
- A call from “IT support” needing your login details
- A message from a “colleague” with a link that looks... almost
legit

It only takes one moment of misplaced trust.

So how do you protect yourself?

- Slow down — urgency is a red flag!
- Always verify requests through a known, trusted channel
- Never share passwords or MFA codes — not even with “IT”
- Hover before you click
- Don’t download unexpected attachments
- If something feels off, report it — it’s always better to check
