Sisters Nancy and Rose Daoud both live with autoimmune diseases, and we struggled to find protein snacks on the market that suited them. “Many of the options contained ingredients, preservatives and additives that didn’t agree with our stomachs, so Rose started making protein balls at home,” Nancy explains. “Our family and friends began trying them and loved them, too.”
