From the strategy table to the driving range ⛳

We love a good analogy at Spring Strategy Co — especially when it comes to turning strategy into action.

Clear target. Disciplined ex*****on. Constant adjustment.

Also, we’re still debating whether Jenny’s 34ft putt was skill or sheer luck…

Good insights (and a great swing, Blake).

After wrapping up an intensive Planning Workshop in the Hunter Valley recently, Blake and I decided to decompress at the local driving range. As we swapped our textas and post-it notes for 7-irons, it struck me how much the frustration and finesse of golf mirror the journey of strategy ex*****on.

Out and about with SpringCo over the past eight weeks… where have we been?

Sydney. Thailand. Philippines. Cairns. Healesville. Hunter Valley. Adelaide. Mickleham. New Zealand.

It’s been a busy few weeks of travel, strategy sessions, and great conversations with clients and colleagues. With the travel comes the bonus of experiencing local culture, flavours and sights — from bustling streets to beautiful landscapes.

Grateful for the chance to do this work with such awesome clients and colleagues.

🎉 It’s the first day of Spring and Spring Strategy Co. turns 1 today🎉

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate our first anniversary and want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing clients, our talented team, our trusted suppliers, and the friends who’ve supported us along the way.

In just 12 months, we’ve partnered with 11 clients, across 15 cities/locations in 3 countries, delivering impactful workshops that have helped shape leadership, strategy, and team performance.

We’re grateful for the journey so far—and excited for what’s ahead. Thank you for being part of our story. 💚
