A year ago I committed to a hiking trip. This weekend I went and I realized I was preparing to climb mountains. Literal mountains.

When I got going and saw the difficulty of what I was about to do I thought If I had known all the details ahead of time I never would have gone.

The unbelievable support found in and and Kathleen and the calm they brought to the whole weekend was undeniably one for the books.

I didn't climb one mountain. I climbed three! I can no longer do small things.

Blessed by so many things but I took this commitment to myself pretty seriously and it was still very difficult. And it still got done!

Thank you ladies for showing a group of women and me such compassion and motivation this weekend to push myself like never before!
