Our Apprentice Plumber Luke was all smiles while the team was out completing some RWL repairs at a local vet clinic. When the work helps support a place that takes care of our furry friends, it’s easy to see why.⁠

When a unit has already been looked at twice, you expect the obvious issues to be ruled out.⁠

Kitchen staff were reporting only warm air from the MUA diffusers, and the previous contractor had advised that the unit could only discharge at 19°C.⁠

When EDL opened it up, we found the evaporator coil heavily covered in buildup.⁠
⁠
It’s a good reminder that preventative maintenance is about more than checking a box. A thorough inspection can help uncover issues earlier and give facility teams a clearer picture of what their equipment actually needs.⁠

For this project, our team removed the existing HRV and set the new MUA in place as part of a larger scope of work that also included a new exhaust fan and ducting.⁠
