Putting the final touches to this 5 house development in Little Paxton, by .co.uk, where I have been project managing the soft landscaping. Plants are all in, beautiful estate fencing is being erected this week by Mike .boots.landscaping, grass seed down, just wishing for some rain now!

Had a lovely day exploring a nursery in Thurning with the SGLD Regional team .co.uk.

Great value plants for retail customers and some very interesting and unusual trees for us garden designers to select.

We are getting to the final stages of a lovely garden redesign in Hemingford Abbots. The design softens the space with gentle curves, beautiful materials and generous planting, creating a sense of calm and harmony.

Underfoot, herringbone limestone paving leads to a lovely new space to dine, bringing structure, detail and craftsmanship to the design. This natural stone will only improve with age.

Beautifully laid by Mike Bull .boots.landscaping.

Hellebores are one of the garden's earliest and most reliable winter perennials. Their nodding flowers protect pollen from rain and frost, their evergreen foliage provides structure all year round.

A quiet, resilient reminder that the garden never truly sleeps. Beautiful.

Well I was hoping to share some photos of snowdrops, however this cute little guy had them for breakfast.

So uplifting to see all the spring flowers beginning to emerge. Always happy to share, plenty to go around!

Designing a garden in Hemingford Abbots. A space created for relaxed entertaining, quiet moments and everything in between.

First steps complete: improved boundaries and newly planted trees to frame what's to come in 2026.

A big thank you to and the A Team on this special project.

The trees are Portuguese Laurels and multi stem birch trees with beautiful white bark.

Today I've been foraging in the garden to make this little Christmas arrangement, that holds special memories for me, it's so uplifting to see what's still looking beautiful in the garden. OK I did buy the Carnations!

Now I'm Christmas ready.
