📍 Cambridge | Office-based
💰 £29,000 - £32,000 per year

Are you a native French speaker with a passion for customer service? 🇫🇷

We’re working with a well-established business looking for a French-Speaking Customer Support Analyst to join their team in Cambridge!

💼 What you’ll be doing:
📞 Supporting customers via phone, email and live chat
🔧 Processing system changes and arranging engineer appointments
💬 Resolving customer queries in French and English
📋 Keeping customer records accurate and up to date

✅ What we’re looking for:
🇫🇷 Native-level French and fluent English
⭐ Previous customer service experience
💡 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
🌍 Spanish and/or Italian would be a bonus!

Technical support experience is helpful, but a strong customer service background and a logical approach are just as important.

We’re working with a fantastic engineering company in Cambridgeshire that’s looking for an Apprentice Production Technician to join their team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in equipment assembly, repairs, testing, stock control and more, while attending college 3 days a week in your first year.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Practical and hands-on
✅ Proactive and keen to learn
✅ Confident communicating
✅ Has good IT skills and access to a car
