A busy week last week for the team at M&B Domestic! 👏

🔧 Hotpoint Washing Machine Repair – H2O Error Code Resolved! 🔧

A customer contacted us after their Hotpoint washing machine displayed an H2O error code, indicating a water inlet issue.

After diagnosing the fault, we found the problem was a failed inlet valve/dispenser assembly. A replacement assembly was sourced and fitted, restoring the machine to full working order.

A customer contacted us after their Hoover washing machine displayed an E08 error code and stopped working.

After carrying out our diagnosis, we found the cause of the fault was a set of badly worn motor carbon brushes, preventing the motor from operating correctly.

✅ Fault diagnosed
✅ New carbon brushes fitted from van stock
✅ Machine tested and running perfectly
✅ Customer back up and washing the very same day

You couldn’t make it up!

Earlier this week, a customer contacted us after trapping washing in the door of their Siemens washing machine, damaging the door seal and causing a leak. We ordered a replacement seal and returned the next day to fit it.

Just 20 minutes after completing the repair, another customer called with exactly the same problem on the same model Siemens washing machine!

✅ Damaged door seals diagnosed
✅ New replacement seals supplied and fitted
✅ Both machines repaired and back in service
