Ganley & Naish Cider Ganley & Naish Cider is a small cider company based in North Somerset. Freshly pressed apple juice, The last of the batch was drank on NYE 2012.

What started out as the usual hair brain scheme by 2 two friends to see if they could brew cider. Has after 2 year turned in to a 200 lt operation and striving to perfect the 'process'. Year 1 consisted of the first stab of the 'process' and brewing of over 100lt. This lead to learning alot but really not getting a great product at the end. However the event of that evening will best left in 2012

and the cider met it's maker (went down the sink!). With a better plan for the 2nd year Steve, Andy and Sarah made there way back to Kenn for a second crack of the whip. Now in 2013 3 batch of cider have been produced totalling 200lt plus. Year 3 consisted more improvements to the process, with differing levels of sucess. The press finally gave up the ghost! however 300lt was pressed and 100lt ended up tasting like paprika! Final year 4 was pressed in less then 8 hr over two days, a total breeze! over 400lt was pressed and is now bubbling away under the floorboards of totterdown towers! Andy Jenkins & Steve Ganley
