As regular visitors to our stall know, as well as our lovely Meads and Wines we also have an ever changing range of drinking vessels that we find on our travels.
We found this pair of glasses today and on getting home and doing some research, they turned out to be from between 1790 and 1810! An amazing find certainly the oldest glasses we have ever held in our hands!

So at Leaping Hare recently, we heard a most interesting talk on Sekhmet and the blue lotus flower, by Adrienne and Freddie. So obviously we had to try and make blue lotus flower wine!
We'll bring it with us to next year's Leaping Hare. If you like it, we may add it to our range of wines!
