A massive part of every rebuild is tolerances,
They need to be perfect.
Here are a few pictures from our plasti gauging procedure that is done to every rebuild to ensure precision on bearing clearances.
These clearances were all in tolerance but some lower than where we would like them so they will be changed and re measured, to achieve our goal.
