You may remember we were named Full-Service Construction Company of the Year (Dorset) at the South West England Prestige Awards 2025/26.

Since then, we've had the pleasure of collecting the trophy at the awards evening, and even featuring on the front cover of the Prestige Awards magazine.

First Ever PorkFest Sets New Standard as Dorset Community Raises Major Funds for Looseheadz

We recently finished demolishing an existing old lean-to porch and built a new oak-frame porch in its place, in keeping with the retaining walls already on site. The new oak frame has been slated, and we’ve finished it off with a smart new patio area to tie the whole space together.

The oak frame and slate roof bring a timeless feel, while the new retaining walls keep the whole space looking like it’s always been there.

Not every job is a full build or a two storey extension.

This arch in Poundbury was a smaller job, but it's the sort of detail that has to be right. A render curve like this is unforgiving. Any slight dip in the line and your eye goes straight to it.

Our rendering team took their time with it, and the client is over the moon.

Big or small, the standard doesn't change.

We've just finished giving this rear garden a brand new lease of life. The old decking and steps have been removed to make way for a fresh, modern look, with safety and everyday practicality at the heart of the design.

An exciting project is underway in Cerne Abbas that we've been working on over the last couple of months, and we can't wait to show you the finished product!

We're currently on site with a large double storey extension, including a stunning cathedral window to the main bedroom. Over 200 tonnes of earth has been dug away from the rear garden to form a beautiful new terraced garden.

The client is thrilled with progress so far, and it's shaping up to be a fantastic result.

Work has begun on this rear garden room extension in Dorchester, and you'd be surprised what a difference a week makes!

The first photo shows the property before we broke ground, and the second shows the progress already made - with the foundation walls nearly up to DPC level and the concrete beams going in to form the floor.

A project like this is always a team effort, so a big thanks to Joe Newton Electrical and PHS, CHP Engineering Projects Ltd, and The drawing office for their work getting us to this point.
