Fantastic Case Study focusing on the Delivery, Impact and Outcomes of the recent Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust .

I'm proud to have managed the coordination of 35 placements, with 80% of young people being employed in permanent clinical and non-clinical roles. Supporting the reduction in local & inequalities.

Great to hear that lessons learned from the scheme are being used to shape future employability programmes. Thank you to the amazing colleagues at DDepartment for Work and Pensions - DWPJJob Centre Plus

The scheme provided funding for job placements for 16-24 year olds on universal credit who are at risk of long term unemployment and disengagement.
