Starting again after a business failure is never straightforward. In this case, two directors came to us after their design and build business had gone into receivership. They wanted to launch a new company and have a fresh start.

We worked closely with them to:
- Reshape the structure, moving away from an in-house workforce to a more flexible subcontract model
- Build a clear three-year plan and present it to funders
- Develop a practical sales and marketing approach, mindful of past sensitivities
