📢 Microsoft 365 Licensing change on 1 July 2026! 📢

We're flying high this week with an article in the The Press and Journal about our founder, David, and how his first foray into coding thanks to the Royal Air Force is now being passed on by creating new opportunities in technology for young people across the Highlands.

"When David Massey joined the RAF, one manager ignored an aptitude test that suggested he could not code – and gave him a chance anyway. It proved life-changing. You won't have been able to miss the news yesterday about the report that over 1 million young people are now not in education, employment or training (NEET). The report's author, Alan Milburn said that a jobs boom in recent decades "has largely passed young people by". The report points to entry level jobs, Saturday jobs and apprenticeships all falling.

Our Managing Director, David Massey, spoke to the BBC about the challenges facing young people and what WePurpose Technology and our clients are doing to help change that situation because we all have a part to play in making employment opportunities accessible to everyone.
