Minimum Requirements

🔹 You must hold a valid **SIA Door Supervisor Licence** or **SIA Close Protection Licence**
🔹 Excellent communication and customer service skills

🔹 Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
🔹 A proactive and reliable approach to work

On the 6 - 7 June 2026, I am taking on the Cateran Yomp. A 54-mile hike in 24 hours across rural Perthshire.

It’s going to be tough but it will raise vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund, providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families.

This week, a team from Highland Security Ltd had the privilege of providing professional security services at the Lugger Fest in Ullapool.

The festival was created to celebrate and recognise the rich maritime history and heritage of traditional working boats, while also showcasing the skills, craftsmanship, and vessels that remain active today.

Ashore, visitors enjoyed live music, food and drinks, dancing, talks, maritime activities and demonstrations, along with teas and cakes. On the water, local and visiting traditional boats returned to the harbour to sail, race, and take part in the celebrations.

Lugger Fest is produced by West Coast Working Boats — a collaboration between Johnson and Loftus Boat Builders, Lochbroom, and Isle Ewe Boats, Loch Ewe — with generous support from Ullapool Harbour Trust.
