Today's screen-free activity is cloud watching.

Sometimes the simplest moments can be the most magical. You need a comfortable spot, a little time and a sky full of clouds waiting to spark your imagination.

As the clouds drift overhead, you can look for shapes, characters, animals or places hidden among them. One cloud might look like a dragon soaring through the sky while another becomes a sailing ship on a grand adventure. Before long, those shapes can grow into stories, conversations and shared moments of wonder.

Cloud watching encourages children (and adults) to slow down, be present and let their imaginations wander. It can inspire creativity, storytelling, observation and curiosity, all while enjoying the outdoors and spending time together.

One of the loveliest things about cloud watching is that there are no right or wrong answers. Everyone sees something different. A cloud that looks like a rabbit to you might look like a castle to your child and that's what makes it so special. Every idea, story and perspective is welcome.

In today’s digital world, screens are woven into lots of childhood and teenage life — from education and entertainment to friendships and self-expression. While technology offers many benefits, growing conversations around wellbeing, mental health and social connection have encouraged families to reflect on the role screens play in everyday routines.

Throughout this month, we will be sharing simple daily screen-free ideas and activities for children and teenagers designed to encourage imagination, movement, mindfulness and connection. From building dens and outdoor adventures to creative hobbies and phone-free routines, these activities aim to help families explore practical ways to reduce screen dependency in fun, accessible and inclusive ways

Screen-free living is not about removing technology completely or creating unrealistic rules. Instead, it is about creating healthier balance, encouraging meaningful offline experiences and making space for creativity, rest and real-world connection.

FLAGS, PRONOUNS AND HUMAN RIGHTS with .timbrell and Jo Brassington

Do we need to understand why people are who they are before we afford them the same human rights as everyone else?

This session tackles that question head-on and explores how to have this conversation with clarity, confidence, and care.

In recent months, powerful voices have taken aim at EDI, which presents us an opportunity to meet resistance head-on with open honest dialogue, and shift perspectives in ways that make spaces safer and more inclusive for LGBTQ+ communities.

This powerful session uncovers what's driving fears around LGBTQ+ identities, and by understanding the fear, participants will build the confidence and skills to engage more effectively, challenge misconceptions, and move difficult conversations forward with clarity and impact.

Today's S*x & Equality Landscape

The evidence is clear: gender inequality harms everyone. And while recent years have brought real progress, the conversation today feels more polarised than ever.

With work still needed across countless fronts - with women in leadership and gaping intersectional inequalities to the messages our children absorb online - it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

This session helps participants cut through the noise by identifying their own personal drivers and anchoring in what truly matters to them.

If we are fighting the same battle, why does it so often feel like we're fighting each other? This session creates space to explore that question and to reconnect with a shared sense of purpose.

The Cultural Calendar Club Tomorrow with Lillie from

April 1st 12.00-13.00 GMT

Innovator challenging existing systems and ways of working, leading neuro-inclusive approaches that unlock talent, solve complex problems, and build stronger, more effective teams.

Someone who’s spent years working alongside neuro-minority individuals, seeing how behaviour is too often misunderstood, mislabelled, or dismissed, rather than recognised for what it often is:

Communication.
Information.
Context.
Unmet need.

When we treat behaviour as something to fix first, we miss the message.
When we learn to understand it, we open the door to different communication styles, ones that can transform relationships, teams, and outcomes.

If we stop asking,
“Why are they acting like this?”

And start asking,
“What is this behaviour telling us?”

We create environments where people are understood and where better thinking, better collaboration, and better results can follow.

Cultural Calendar Club Today

Don't miss out - March 20th 12pm-1pm GMT

"Founder, operator, and someone who’s spent years inside scaling companies watching “high performance” quietly exclude the very people it claims to support.

I'm Aylin, neurodivergent and working from a lens of lived experience, meaning I don't experience work the way most systems expect me to, and neither do a lot of the people you’re trying to hire, retain, and get the best out of.

Most teams aren’t underperforming because of talent. They’re underperforming because the environment only works for a narrow type of brain, and we keep calling that “high standards”.

In this session, I’m not talking about awareness or accommodations. I’m going after how we design teams, how we define performance, and why “high trust” is usually just a word people use when they actually mean control.

If you’re building or leading a team and something feels off, this is probably why. Or maybe you're proud of your culture, join us for this session and pressure test it."

Examining Beliefs - Foundations of EDI

In 2026, inclusion can feel complex and contested - but this is a moment for clarity and courage, not retreat.

This opening session introduces key ideas from academic and occupational psychology to explore the beliefs that shape how we understand equity, diversity and inclusion today.

Drawing upon her groundbreaking work in authenticity and inclusion Sarah, invites us to critically examine current EDI debates, reflect on their own beliefs about inclusion, and explore how belief can be both polarising and a catalyst for meaningful change.

Together, we'll unpack group dynamics, polarisation, and how to build empathy across difference - creating safer spaces for honest, constructive dialogue.
