So, it’s Friday. How did your week go?🤔

Some of you may just be catching your breath and exhaling with relief. Another week of early alarms, rushing, heavy workloads and counting down the days until the weekend. Living on autopilot, doing what needs to be done, then waking up on Monday to do it all over again.

Some of you may be in the same club as me, where every day can feel like a Friday. Not because there’s nothing to do, but because you have more control over when, where and how you work. The week feels less rushed, with more space to breathe, enjoy life and be present for the people who matter.

I remember being in the first club. Now, I’m grateful to be creating a life where I no longer live for Fridays.🙏❤️

Nearly four years into my digital business, I’ve had to admit something to myself…

Recently, I haven’t shown up with the same energy or enthusiasm.

I’ve experienced progress, setbacks and quieter periods. But just as life has different seasons, so does business.

When things aren’t going well at work, most of us don’t immediately walk away. We keep showing up because we have a strong WHY—we need to pay the bills, provide for our families and keep life moving.

So why should I give up on the business I started to create something better?

My WHY is still strong: to build a life and legacy for my son without sacrificing my health, my standards or precious time with him.

Life has been life-ing, but I’m not walking away.

I’m resetting with greater clarity and intention, one consistent step at a time.

Good intentions are a great starting point, but accountability helps turn those intentions into action.

I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who understand the journey, celebrate the progress and are not afraid to give each other a gentle push when needed.

Today’s accountability meeting was filled with honest conversations, shared ideas, encouragement and a reminder that none of us has to figure everything out alone.

When the right people are walking beside you, staying focused feels that little bit easier. ❤️

Wanting something badly is one thing. Taking the steps to make it happen is another.

You may have wanted a promotion, so you worked towards gaining the skills and experience needed.

You may have wanted something outside your price range, so you saved until you could afford it.

You may have wanted to reach a particular size, so you changed your habits and became more active.

For me, I don’t just want the desire to live life on my own terms, without financial or time restraints. I’m taking the steps to make it happen.

So here I am on a Sunday evening, working towards that desire with a passion to help as many women as possible fulfil theirs too.

Because desires don’t become reality through wishing alone. They require action.👩‍💻❤️

You can spend years working hard, carrying heavy workloads and using your time, knowledge and experience to help build someone else’s vision.

You perform, but someone else receives the greater reward.

There is nothing wrong with employment, but it’s important to recognise the value you bring and ask yourself whether your efforts are also helping you to build the future you want.

Sometimes, the biggest wake-up call is realising that you deserve to benefit from the value you create too.👌💯
