Achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 will require up to $173 trillion of investment in the energy transition according to BloombergNEF. How is the energy transition going to be financed?

This session will begin with a presentation from Astrid Poupart-Lafarge, President, Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals segment, Schneider Electric on the topic of rethinking capital projects by incorporating sustainability and digitalization criteria.

We will then discuss the most important aspects of financing the energy transition. Azar Azizov, Senior Investment Manager, Wintershall Dea will moderate the session.
