Just like that another cheer season is over.
And what a season it's been 🙌
Making an Under 16 Level 4 team and then also getting into the travel team to Portugal.
Cheerleading has been the making of Betsy. It's not just taught her the physical skills of being a cheer athlete - it's taught her resilience, how to be a great teammate, dogged determination and the importance of mindset.
These girls work so bloody hard. The training is relentless. But they also have so much fun.
🇵🇹 Portugal was a major highlight for Betsy and seeing her with her teammates both on and off the mat was a real highlight for me too.
Now onto tryouts next weekend to find out her team for next season 🤞
(My life works in seasons rather than years now 🤣).
