Hi, I'm Gemma, the person behind My Wedding Vibe!

I've been in the wedding industry for ten years, and a lot of it is women working around their jobs and their kids, doing brilliant work and often feeling a bit on their own. I started this because I think the best weddings come from real connections, not the loudest adverts, and finding a supplier shouldn't mean wading through sponsored listings where whoever paid the most is at the top.

So here, real people look at every supplier, nobody can pay for a better spot, and the whole point is to give everyone a voice, couples and suppliers.

We know busy rooms can be a lot, so there's a Quiet Hour at our Poole Showcase!

At 2pm the music is lower, there are no announcements and the room is a bit calmer, with more space to think. It's for neurodivergent couples, anyone who finds busy places hard, or anyone who just prefers a gentler pace, and you never have to explain why. We want everyone to be able to come and enjoy it!

Dorset Wedding Sessions is back 🌿

This is NOT a wedding fair! It’s an immersive wedding showcase, built by community, with a focus on reducing the overwhelm and making authentic connections.

Before Dorset Wedding Sessions in March I was worried it would feel quiet and a bit awkward, with everyone stood around waiting for couples to walk in. It didn't!

44 engaged couples came, and what stayed with me was how many suppliers said they left feeling less drained than after a normal fair, because every conversation was a proper one.

That's what we're trying to do with the Showcases too. Fewer stands, timed tickets and room to actually talk to people.

We're coming to Iwerne House! Saturday 20 February 2027, 11am to 3pm, with free parking.

It's the same idea as Poole. Timed entry so you pick 11, 12, 1 or 2 and stay as long as you like, suppliers who are open about their pricing, no hard sell, and every wedding welcome, whether it's 20 guests or 200.

It does not matter if you're having a wedding of 20 or 200, both get the same welcome at one of our Showcases.

Some couples have told us they've felt judged at wedding fairs, on the budget, the guest list, whether a small wedding was worth a supplier's time. So ask what things cost, ask for what suits your needs and requirements... because everyone's wedding is just as important here.
