It is truly an honor to work with approximately 80 talented female university students from diverse institutions in our career planning workshop series.

We've successfully completed our first two sessions:
📍 Session 1: Know Yourself – Guiding students to uncover their unique strengths, values, and passions
📍 Session 2: Direction and Planning – Equipping them with practical frameworks to chart meaningful career paths

Led by our experienced trainer, Ruth Liang, these sessions have sparked genuine transformation. The feedback has been incredibly encouraging – many shared that the workshops were inspiring and provided valuable insights for their future careers.

Witnessing these bright young women gain clarity and confidence is what drives our passion. We're excited to continue this journey and can't wait to see the incredible impact they will make! 💼✨

🌟 Thrilled to share our recent collaboration with one of the largest property development organizations! 🌟

We had the privilege of designing and delivering a dynamic 2-half-day feedback program for their high-potential (HIPO) staff. Our mission: to empower future leaders with the skills to give effective feedback and build trust across all levels of the organization.

Led by our Chief Development Officer, Ms. Catherine Wong—a seasoned communication and leadership coach—the program combined interactive lectures (covering DISC and proven feedback models), experiential activities, group discussions, and role plays. Participants discovered how to deliver impactful feedback to colleagues, supervisors, and direct reports with different personalities. By making learning engaging and enjoyable, we helped them unlock the keys to building mutual trust and driving continuous improvement.
