In a recent and surprisingly brilliant podcast featured Adam Neumann, the founder of WeWork. He was valued in the billions, lost it due to poor focus and nasty bankers. And he is now back up there again in the billions.

He repeated two themes:
A) The darkest period of the night is that moment before the start of dawn.
B) If you are always seeking the comfortable route in your work, you are unlikely to go far. Achievements come through beating out challenges.
