The client brief for this house was a farmhouse that smells like freshly baked cinamon cookies :) .It brings such a warm Christmas vibe, perfect for the holidays. It's a cosy 5 bedroom home, seated on half an acre with beautiful sunset views overlooking Ngong hills.

This is a compact three-story town house, with four bedrooms, a family room and a roof terrace. It fits well on an eighth of an acre, and is a little over 200SQM - value for a penny. Construction is ongoing in Migaa Golf Estate, Kiambu, will be posting progress pictures soon.
