It'll be about “The Conscious Consumer” - Addressing the challenge of how we create better standards for conscious consumption during and after the COVID19 crisis.

As part of our GLX response program 'STAY GOOD in business', we will host six design sprints in partnership with Very Bad Wizards - to foster meaningful collaborations & design a customer-solution for each of the companies taking part. Let`s explore new ways for founders to work together and to produce creative solutions in a collaborative community!
The goal is to identify, align on and pick the most important challenges for your business, reframe these challenges and map out innovative solutions and most importantly: develop a clear plan to execute new ideas.
Starting our first session on 30th of April - 1st of May, each sprint will be 2 days long (9am - 5pm each day) with 6-8 companies taking part in each session.
There will be a total of 6 sprints hosted, each addressing a different topic, that we believe, are absolutely necessary key areas to be addressed in today’s economy.
Below areas describe the process of each sprint:
1. Session: 30.04.-01.05.2020
“The Conscious Consumer” - How do we create better standards for conscious consumption during and after the crisis?
2. Session: 04.-05.05.2020
“The Good Demand Driver” – How do we create products that are demand-driven and how do we foster product diversification?
3. Session: 07.-08.05.2020
“Guerilla Marketing for Good” How do we create alternative marketing methods by creatively working around the pandemic’s limitations?
4. Session: 11.-12.05.2020
”Change the Conversation” – How do we re-frame green, ethical and sustainable products or services which are traditionally seen as “non- essentials” and turn them into absolutely essentials?
5. Session: 14.-15.05.2020
“Peer Logistics for Good” – How do we work together to reduce, eliminate or work around the transport and movement restrictions?
6. Session: 18.-19.05.2020
“Peer Operations for Good” – How do we come together to reduce and eliminate operational challenges during the pandemic?
At the end of each sprint, you will have a tangible idea to help diversify or pool your resources to recover from & even prosper during the pandemic with clear roles & alignment.
