Before everyone switches off for the Christmas break, we wanted to pause and say thank you 🙏

Melanie Fisher, Co-owner and people and culture enthusiast. Mel has over 16 years experience in HR, including several senior management roles. With experience across the entire employee lifecycle, Mel brings a professional skill set that is key to support businesses in growth mode. Mel is pragmatic and understands commercial business drivers and linking these with the overall people strategy. Her calm and genuine nature puts her clients at ease straight away.

Gemma Stringer, Co-owner, loves being around people and enjoys the reward of seeing employees live and breathe their place of work. Gemma has over 14 years experience in the HR industry and has worked within large teams to standalone strategic roles and loves getting her hands dirty in all elements of people and culture. Gemma’s true passion is working with companies to bring out the best of their people working as a Gallup Strengths Based Coach.
