We don't add much to our wine.
Here's why that's the point.
"Natural wine" is one of those phrases that means ten different things to ten different people, and we understand why it makes some people raise an eyebrow.
For us it's simple.
If the grapes arrive at the winery in the best possible shape, we shouldn't need to add much at all. Sometimes a considered touch of sulphur is needed at bottling, the key word being ‘considered’.
No shortcuts, no extras to cover up a job that wasn't done properly in the vineyard.
