Information is power 🔊

Imagine living a life without knowledge, so many things can go wrong. And while some information are difficult to access, others are accessible yet people do not recognize as important to access or learn.

Menstrual Health and Hygiene management is an important information all women of reproductive age should know. Our sessions have been the "ice breaker" for Menstrual conversations. In fact, it has been the "first" for many women and young girls who have for various reasons not talked about it openly.

Women are still uncomfortable about this special and important conversation, and we do our best to create a safe space for it. And it is truly encouraging to see the willingness and interest to be a part of our sessions, and the appreciation of 'now knowing' is beyond words 🙏

This year, we have introduced a lovely product package - which are distributed in gift bags to identified Queens nationwide and looking forward to reaching more in the coming months 💜👑👸

An essence of our work is giving women and young girls an uplift to their self-confidence and self-worth especially when it comes to their special days.

It is often not a joyous ride when it's the time of the month, and for tens of thousands of women years ago and today still regard Menstruation as a private less important matter, shameful, sick, dirt, combined mostly with fear and as a result turn a blind eye on the most important practices and approaches to manage themselves with care and dignity for their overall health and well-being.

At Queenpads, we are turning that around with a royal spark ✨️ 🫅💜

Recently, we introduced a "Queens Monthly Mantra", and this we hope will put a smile on faces of every Queen we meet, bring a sense of appreciation being a woman, recognize Menstruation as normal and to prioritize menstrual health every month.

✔️ I am a Queen
✔️ I am Special
✔️ My Special Days matter

We look forward to empower each Queens one MH session at a time and shower them some deserving royal sparks this way ✨️🌸💜🥰
