What an experience for our BOSS Business students!

We had the opportunity to visit the Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship and attend the Learning From Experience conversation featuring Roger Goodell, Commissioner of the NFL. And as if that wasn’t enough, we also had the chance to meet Keegan-Michael Key , actor and comedian! 😃

I keep telling my students: never underestimate the power of networking.

Education doesn’t only happen inside a classroom. Sometimes the lesson is being in the room, introducing yourself, shaking someone’s hand, asking a good question, and seeing firsthand where preparation, relationships, and opportunity can take you.

My goal with BOSS has always been bigger than teaching students about business; I want them to experience business, meet people they may have only seen on television, expand their network, and realize that they belong in these rooms too.
