What are the key responsibilities?
📌 Own the number of qualified prospects handed to sales each week
📌 Build and manage the full top-of-funnel engine: outbound, inbound, paid, partner, and referral channels
📌 Design and refine multichannel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
📌 Own target account lists, prospect data, enrichment, segmentation, and hygiene
📌 Run paid acquisition against cost-per-qualified-lead, not vanity metrics
📌 Maintain tight feedback loops with sales and adjust campaigns quickly based on what converts
📌 Own marketing tech, attribution, reporting, and weekly pipeline reviews
Who are we looking for?
📌 5+ years in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing
📌 Experience selling B2B services into U.S.-based businesses
📌 Proven track record building a top-of-funnel engine and producing pipeline
📌 Hands-on experience with outbound, inbound, paid, and partner channels
📌 Strong understanding of cost per qualified lead, conversion by stage, and pipeline contribution
📌 Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Smartlead, ZoomInfo, Clay, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
📌 Fast-moving operator who can test, measure, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does
