There’s something different about being in a room with women who understand what it takes to build something bigger than themselves.

I had the opportunity to kick off National Black Business Month surrounded by an incredible group of powerhouse Black women business owners here in Charlotte.
‌
We shared insights and resources
about some of the things many of us are navigating in real time - hiring challenges, business development and leveraging AI in our businesses.
‌
It was refreshing to sit alongside other women who are experts in their industries, doing meaningful work, and leading their businesses with passion and excellence.
‌
And the added bonus was seeing and hugging so many of my clients.
‌
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing and supporting so many women leaders as they have grown their businesses and careers. Being in a room together like this was a beautiful reminder that the relationships we build through this work extends far beyond the camera.
‌
‌
