🌟 BNI Member Spotlight: Lynn Scuderi 🌟

Today we’re highlighting the incredible Lynn Scuderi, a seasoned and passionate Mortgage Loan Officer with U.S. Bank who brings decades of experience and heart to everything she does.

Lynn and her husband, M. Bruce Scuderi—a Sheriff Reserve Deputy and longtime Realtor with Re/Max—relocated to Cookeville in 2018 after falling in love with the Upper Cumberland in 2017. They share their home with Aries, their 9-year-old Rottweiler.

Originally from Pembroke, Massachusetts, Lynn began her mortgage career in 1987 and started originating loans in 1996. Over the years, she has worked with respected institutions including Chase Manhattan, Eagle Bank, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, Irwin Mortgage, Stonegate, and Flagstar. She joined U.S. Bank in 2019, where she specializes in:

🌟 Member Spotlight: Zach Ring – Print Link Printing 🌟

Meet Zach! Born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN, Zach moved to Cookeville in 2013 to attend Tennessee Tech University. During his time at Tech, he spent five years as a campus tour guide and even earned the title of Mr. TTU during his second sophomore year — a testament to his school spirit and leadership.

After college, Zach made his way back to Cookeville four years ago, where he now serves as the General Manager at Print Link Printing. With a passion for quality and community, Zach helps businesses and organizations bring their ideas to life through high-quality print solutions.

When he’s not at the shop, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course or traveling with his wife, Allison. Together they have a sweet 10-month-old daughter, Annie, and a lovable pup named Milo — a chihuahua-dachshund mix who keeps the household lively!

We’re grateful to have Zach as part of our BNI family — his professionalism, positivity, and dedication make him an incredible asset to our group and community.

Meet Heath Waters, Director of Business Development for J&S Construction!

Heath grew up in Tullahoma, TN, and is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Since 2009, he and his wife Ashley have called Cookeville home.

Founded in 1957, J&S Construction Company, Inc. has always focused on one clear mission: Building Relationships by Building Trust — a philosophy Heath carries into everything he does. He’s passionate about mentoring others, giving back to the community through various boards, and helping people grow and succeed.

When he’s not working or volunteering, Heath enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, Nora (12) and Mason (10). You’ll often find them at the soccer fields or off on adventures — camping, skiing, traveling, and making memories with friends. ⚽⛺❄️✈️

A new fiscal year means a new Leadership Team!

We are so excited to have Bradley Mitchell installed as our new President. As the Project Manager for Window Depot - Cookeville, TN, his ability to manage multiple roles will make him an incredible asset!

Garry Brown brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding BNI, and we are excited for him to serve as our new Vice President! Garry is the Owner & Operator for Putnam Plumbing, which provides exceptional plumbing services to the Upper Cumberland.

Last but not least, we will have Ian Robson as our new Secretary/Treasurer! As the 'Most Trusted Man in Banking' managing a FirstBank location, it was a natural transition for him to take on this role!
