We accept deliveries from any/all carriers (UPS/USPS/Fed-EX,DHL,Private companies, etc) If they can ship it; we'll accept it. If your package requires a signature, we will sign for it as well. Do not ship to other Mail Holders that ship your package back after a few days. Enjoy the fact we will hold your package for up to a year (storage fees applies after 30 days). Please note we will no longer be accepting parcels at the old Jefferson location as of January 1st, 2026.

UPDATE:

I went to the Ontrac facility yesterday and after waiting 45min. I was able to speak to supervisor that had no answers for me.
He did give me his email and said he would try and forward my questions and concerns to the higher ups.... fingers crossed.
Below is the information I found on Google.
Basically let the retailer know in the begining to not use Ontrac.

"You can't directly tell a national courier like FedEx or UPS not to use OnTrac (which often partners with USPS), but you can contact the retailer, use OnTrac's text alerts to manage delivery/redirect, or request a hold/redirect via their app, though stopping them entirely for one package is tricky; your best bet is contacting the sender to request a different carrier before shipping or using OnTrac's delivery management tools."

Hi everyone,
It has come to our attention that a lot of parcels being delivered through Ontrac are stating "Undeliverable" or "Returned".
Please note that they are contracted through National/Major couriers as well as Businesses and have independent delivery drivers that create their own schedules so days and times may vary outside of our business hours.
We have tried to contact someone but have had no luck.
We will be physically driving to the distribution center today and hopefully we will get somewhere.

Hello everyone!!! We are officially at the new location!!! As we mentioned before all new orders should be sent to the new location as of December 1st.
Moving forward DO NOT send anything to the Jefferson location.

Not all couriers have mail forwarding so it is important to use the new address when filling out your shipping information.

If you have something in transit someone will be there to accept it and it will be transported to the Fort St. location.
