AI has it's own voice. Have you noticed that? You can almost always tell when something was written by ChatGPT. Not that it's bad by any means, but it just sounds like, well...ChatGPT.
At Voxa, we have listened to dozens of calls where a customer has asked "Am I talking to a robot or human?" Imagine the surprise when the person on the other end of the line says, "Human."
AI is either getting really good or humans are just sounding more robotic. How sad that so many people are losing their voice! Their power to connect, understand nuance, relate, and serve.
AI is so helpful and provides great tools to help with business and life. It can make so many things easier! But don't let it replace you. Your voice, your ability to own the human experience, is priceless. Believe it or not, people still want to do business with other people.
