What if the VMO’s most important job is improving how the organization decides?

AI can generate better forecasts, surface risks, analyze scenarios, and identify patterns at incredible speed.

But better information doesn’t automatically lead to better decisions.

Someone still has to:

✔️ make the trade-offs
✔️ remain accountable for the outcome
