Looking back on five years at KW Memorial, I realize this place became a sanctuary for much-needed soul searching and growth.
I came into this space loving to enrich other people’s lives. While that remains core to who I am, I found a community that poured right back into me.
Over these years, I’ve learned that relationships aren’t just about networking. They are about truly integrating into a community. I’ve met people who left an imprint deep in my soul. Inside these office walls, I’ve forged memories that sharpened my character and revealed parts of myself I never knew existed.
I read more now. I take better care of my mind, my body, and my people. Not because it was required, but because KW gave me the space to grow into those habits naturally.
I love guiding people as they think and expand. But I also love the quiet honesty of the hard moments. Sitting in the mud together, feeling the sour so we can genuinely appreciate the sweet when it arrives.
This chapter isn’t over yet, and I look forward to whatever is on the horizon. To everyone who has shared their most precious resource with me, your time, thank you for being part of my journey.
